When may an Electricty System Operator message be published?
As Capacity Market Notices are linked to tight system margins, it is difficult to know when such messages would be published, however they may be issued subsequent to a demand control event confirming that analysis is ongoing to determine whether such will be classified as a System Stress Event. Also they could be used to issue a simple test message to test website functionality, or to clarify other recent messages or to provide additional information.
