What is included within the Aggregate BM figure?
The volume (MW) of conventional generation MELs (Maximum Export Limits), available non-balancing mechanism Short Term Operating Reserve (STOR) and forecast wind generation. This will be based on data available to National Grid ESO four hours ahead of real time to facilitate the calculation.
