What are Capacity Market Participants obligations during a System Stress Event?
Where a Capacity Market Notice was active, and not subject to a cancellation until a later time, a Capacity Market Participant is obliged to deliver their "Adjusted Load Following Capacity Obligation" determined in accordance with chapter 8 of the Capacity Market Rules during a System Stress Event.
